Every number on this site is a best effort estimate. Sealed box prices come from eBay sold and active listings. Card prices come from aggregated public sales data. Pull rates come from official Topps odds PDFs that we parse and normalize by hand. Any of these sources can be stale, missing, or wrong, and our parsers can make mistakes across hundreds of tier names. Treat the numbers here as rough estimates, not authoritative quotes.

The site is provided as is and as available. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the data is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee uptime.

Sports Card Metrics is a data and analytics tool. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, or purchasing advice. Expected value numbers describe statistical averages across many boxes. A single box outcome can differ wildly. Do your own research before spending real money on a card or a sealed product.

You may browse the site, use it to inform your own buying and ripping decisions, and share links to pages. You may not:

• scrape or bulk copy our aggregated data to build a competing commercial product
• hit the site with automated traffic, scrapers, or crawlers that ignore our rate limits or robots rules
• attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service
• use the site to harass, spam, or attempt to access another user or our internal systems

The only thing you submit to us is your email address through the signup form. How that is handled is covered in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email you submit and for making sure you have the right to submit it.

We link out to eBay, Topps, Fanatics Collectibles, Panini, and other sites for context and shopping. We do not control those sites. Their content and their terms are their own.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sports Card Metrics and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the site or decisions you make based on the data shown here.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for changes that affect subscribers, send an email. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
